We carefully package and ship each order with the hope that it arrives safely and brings a little beauty to your day.

Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, market events, or other periods of high order volume.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or handmade items may require additional processing time. Any extended production timelines will be noted on the product listing whenever possible.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, package dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, Zonawren may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping providers.

Carrier selection is determined based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method of the order.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Zonawren is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs processing, labor disputes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect address information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Zonawren is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that have been marked as delivered.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members and neighbors
  • Contacting the shipping carrier
  • Filing any applicable claims with the carrier

We will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details when available.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Zonawren is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
