At Zonawren, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to work with you to find a solution.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Opened seed packets
  • Sale, clearance, or discontinued items
  • Items marked Final Sale

Because many Zonawren products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, we will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged item.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production or fulfillment has already begun.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has started.

Print-on-Demand Products

Products fulfilled by third-party production partners are made specifically for your order and are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to sizing, color selection, or buyer preference.

If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
